Deposits are required on all orders and range between 50% -75% down
ALL DELIVERIES SHOULD BE DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON BY ALL PARITIES WHEN ORDER IS PLACED. PLEASE SEE AGREEMENT BELOW FOR DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

DELIVERY FEE:
There is a standard $15 flat rate for Shipments that includes all shipping and handling charges. Generally, we do not encourage shipment of Diaper Cakes as the size and weight of the package increases the dollar amount significantly.
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to secure the order.
Deposits can be made either via Paypal, Venmo, Square, Zelle transfers or bank deposits. Receipts are sent after deposits are received. Please select your preferred payment method below.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, as this allows us to invoice customers and receive payment, as well as, issue paid receipts. Our second preference (at this time) is Zelle, as it gives the opportunity to seamlessly transfer money from customer’s bank to the business account without any additional fees.

Please indicate if there are known allergies when placing an order. Product substitution may be necessary, at times, due to product availability, or other unforeseeable reasons. Product replacement will generally be at equal or higher value. Our website along with this agreement will serve as the most relevant and up to date information on product, policies, and other pertinent information. We strive to ensure the two coincide.
Additionally, some gift baskets may contain special wood sticks to support layers, these are not edible, and on occasion diaper cakes may contain corsage pins to assist in maintaining stability of the design of the gift. Please take notice and be extra careful upon disassembling gift baskets, diaper cakes and other gifts received from Tessa’s Baskets N Bows.
When/If transporting the gift items (diaper cakes or gift baskets) please place on a level flat surface (Holding is not ideal) and care should be taken when rounding corners and when accelerating or decelerating.
Every gift is designed to fulfillment to ensure the gift is presented with ultimate satisfaction. Once the gift enters your possession, you are 100 percent responsible. We cannot accept liability for issues. Please note, in the unlikely event of any concerns, the gift basket/diaper cake must be returned to be examined quickly enough to confirm any issues.
