Tessa Snowton is a creator of culturally designed gift baskets. She combines product selection, intentionality and artistry to create a premier basket that showcases passion, essence and soul.
The gift basket boutique specializes in supporting small businesses, specifically, women and minority owned. These companies have committed to social responsibility, giving back to communities in need, addressing at-risk populations, and serving women outreach programs.
In early 2002, fifty miles north of Mexico’s border, Tessa launched Baskets N Bows from her upstairs media-room in Sahuarita, Arizona. She focused mainly on the extraordinary local products easily found in the Southwest. Then, an abrupt move to the Sunshine state forced an about-face and the business took on a new direction. Tessa’s Baskets N Bows became a quintessential gift basket ministry! That’s right, hundreds of gift baskets were created for youth fundraisers, the bereaved, sick & shut-in, church member birthdays, and clergy anniversaries. Giving and serving turned out to be the new mainstay of the business.
In 2019 Tessa’s Baskets N Bows resurfaced and rebranded with a new focus! The gift basket entrepreneur now designs culturally creative gift baskets and has a Signature Deluxe line, which features gourmet ethnic foods, unique spices and nontraditional recipes that speak to the legacies of a diverse culture.
Tessa’s Baskets N Bows is a humanitarian small business that inspires and supports other small businesses, local civic organizations and educational outreach communities. Because of their invested interests, they’ve committed to giving volunteer hours and five percent donations to help support and grow their investment in the community.
